How many students will there be to a class?

 

Group Sessions: As this class does not include any hands on practical training, we adhere to a limited class size of 12 students at a time.

 

The Boot Camp Course and The Brazilian Course are limited to 4 students at most, as this is a hands-on course and requires the tutor to supervise the work of the students.

 

 

Refund policy:

If you cancel up to 3 weeks before your course, you are entitled to a 100% refund.

 

Note that the following occurrences are non-refundable:

If you turn up without the required amount of hair and/or without a model that has the required amount of hair, you will not be able to participate in the course as a result.

 

If you turn up to a course without holding the minimum level qualifications, you will therefore be unable to participate in the course as a result.

 

 

I cannot find a model or my model cancelled on me at the last minute, what now?

 

Because of the nature of your training course, the model is just as important as the tutor and student being present. Without her, we cannot complete the training. You will be allowed to stay and listen to the session and watch the other students practice, but you will not be able to complete the course.

 

It is thus very important to choose a trustworthy person!

 

If you have any troubles with securing a model, please let your Salon Setup Consultant know as soon as possible to avoid loosing your deposit and/or course fees.

 

 

Can my staff members be trained at our salon?

 

We can certainly arrange training to be held at your salon, we will need a minimum of 2 students.

 

 

I have special Dietary Needs, what will I have for morning tea and lunch?

 

If you have any special requirements with regards to meals, please discuss these with your Salon Setup Consultant when you make the booking. We would love to make special arrangements for you.
